First Time Here?

We are so excited you have chosen to worship with us.
On your first visit please plan on arriving 10 minutes before service time. Let our Greeters know that this is your first time visiting and they will bring you to our KIDS check in. Where we will meet your family and register your child in our system.

You will be given a free welcome packet and free gift for visiting.
Then we will help you find the age appropriate rooms.

How does check-in work?

Upon your next visit after registering, you may check in your child
at any available station using your telephone number.

1. After finding your child's name in the database, 2 tags with will be printed:
2. Your child’s Name Tag to be worn during service.
3. Your Parent Tag for your to wear and/or hang on to and use when you pick up your Kid

These tags have matching identification numbers that are exclusive to your family and your visit.
After the service, you will return to your child's room and show your parent tag
in order for your child to be safely released back into your care.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, and are unable to physically locate you in the worship center your child’s identification code will appear on the screen in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

WHAT IF YOU LOSE YOUR PARENT TAG?

We hold safety with the utmost of importance. The parent or guardian must present the child claim sticker in order to pick-up their child. In the event the parent or guardian is unable to present the claim sticker, a photo ID will need to be presented and matched with the information sheet to verify persons authorized to pick up child.
